2. License to Use

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access our solution for educational purposes only. Any other means of usage is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate academic integrity
• Share copyrighted content of other Educators or creators in and outside the platform
• Disrupt the platform's operations
• Use others' accounts without permission
• Take legal action against our operations violating our terms which may have led to account suspension

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Fees are stated clearly at checkout. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount on a discounted, free or trial plan
• No refunds after student' access is granted on Invitation

5. Intellectual Property

All company content and platform source code are the property of Tracheids HLX. You may not copy, reuse, or republish any part without our permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for platform functionality and improvement as soon as you upload it to our platform.

7. Gamification

Participation in gamified features is subject to:

• Meeting performance and behavior criteria
• Verification of academic records

8. Platform Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but are not liable for occasional outages due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tracheids HLX is not liable for:

• Loss of data, earnings (This is handled by a third party PAYSTACK), or learning time
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Misuse of the platform by other users

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of our terms or abuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
