1. Create Account & Invite Students

Start by creating your educator account and inviting your student. Educators can manually or bulk invite all students who have registered for their course using their email addresses.

• Each student receives a unique invitation code to the class via email
• Students must use this code to join the course through the Tracheids HLX mobile app.

2. Create & Automate Timetable

Use our intuitive timetable to structure your classes efficiently. Set up your timetable by picking the Cohort / Batch that will be working with the timetable, setting the learning duration, setting the schedule, and defining access rules to your content.

• Decide when each video will be released and its deadline.
• Set how long each lesson remains accessible to students

3. Create & Share Content Package

With the schedule in place and the students invited to join the class, Educators upload their pre-recorded learning content, which should be in video as main lessons, and PDFs, notes, as additional content.

• Videos are protected against download and screen recording.
• Materials are tied to the schedule and disappear automatically when their duration lapses

4. Artificial Intelligence

Once content is uploaded:

• The AI scans and summarizes the video into quick, helpful study notes for students.
• The lecturer specifies the number of questions and duration for each assessment.
• The AI automatically generates and manages the quizzes or tests based on the uploaded content, no manual question entry needed.

5. Drip-fed

The whole course can be scheduled and fixed ahead while the educator sits back and hears feedback from students. A Zoom session can be fixed intermittently to treat all their questions at once.
